Ardesia Tee

Vulcano named every volcano in every language. It did not do this by asking permission — it did it by existing with such absolute geological authority that the word formed itself around it. The Ardesia Tee operates in that register. Its vintage wash renders 260 g/m² of pure cotton in a Nero that has been worked by process until it carries depth rather than surface — a black that has earned its tone rather than been assigned it. Large-format back artwork emerges from that dark ground with the quiet force of something that belongs there entirely.

Design & Construction
Loose oversized unisex silhouette with markedly dropped shoulders. Short sleeves. Classic round O-neck. Vintage wash treatment gives each piece its own uniquely aged, mineral-depth tone — no two are identical. Large-format back artwork (40×52 cm). Color: Ardesia (vintage-washed Nero). Note: Minor batch differences in dye and processing are inherent to the vintage-wash process and contribute to the individual character of each piece.

Feel
Thick and structured for a short-sleeve garment — the 260 g/m² vintage-washed cotton carries the authority of a fabric that has been through a process, not simply manufactured. The surface is slightly softened by the washing treatment, giving it a tactile depth that new fabric cannot replicate. It drapes with grounded, architectural confidence.

Use
Worn loose, untucked, always — the dropped shoulder line and extended length define the silhouette's lower boundary on their own terms. The deep vintage Nero tone integrates naturally with any dark palette or creates high-contrast tension against Bianco or Avena.
